This is funny as hail – I just passed my exam and already have healthy trepidation about insurance landmines like these. I Want true residuals but just how with life health & acc?

This is exactly my 1 year State Farm experience to a tee…I left a 5 yr career at AmFam for this horse crap. What needs to be added is this: if you try to get creative with your marketing (ie: use the internet for yourself) you will have your securities license suspended so that it is impossible to make your financial services quota. We will then hound you even more, making you drive 500 miles round trip to the corporate office multiple times for meetings until you go crazy and quit.

Anyone who has been apart of the TICA contract from State Farm and has been non-renewed or terminated, please respond to this post. We need a list of those willing to go after financial compensation from State Farm.

OMG this is hilarious! “We do not like when you ask questions about the contract. Just blindly accept the s***y contracts and the impossible random benchmarks we set” – the true motto of any large corporate prison!

This is funny. And 100% is State Farm. Almost all of these “insurance” based companies push the sales force to sell financial products and life insurance yet almost none of them are positioned to provide the agents with residual income off of these products. P/C is the only way to build long term success because you cant earn residual incom off fixed annuities.
I think Country is probably the only company that offers true portfolio management. Where some residual income can be earned.

It sounds exactly like Farmers Insurance. I left after 20 years and went independent…the best business move I ever made!
